The Best Locations In The World For Scuba Diving!

You might be an expert when it comes to scuba diving, or perhaps it’s something you like to do occasionally, or even if you haven’t been before; it is something that everyone always seems to enjoy! The best thing about diving deep into the sea, is the fact that once you’re there there it is like being in a completely different world!

All the stresses of normal life you left above sea level are replaced with colourful plants and underwater creatures. Something as simple as how a fish may swim so effortlessly manages to amaze when surrounded by such beautiful natural phenomenons.

In truth, under the water is perhaps what the world would look like if it was untouched? Imagine the world without a single man made feature; it would look equally as beautiful and mysterious as the sea does right to this very day. Therefore, if you’re looking for something to stun you in every way possible this is it and we’re going to tell you three of the best locations for it too!

Barracuda Point (Spidan Island, Malaysia)…

If sharks interest you this is the perfect location. While any animal does possess some threat in some way, these sharks will simply cruise by you; perhaps because they have grown used to regular scuba divers, or maybe simply because a tasty fish seems much more appetising!

Barracuda’s also surrounds this area; so you aren’t short of interesting and magnificent creatures that’s for sure. What this place always promises is that you’ll see big things and lots of them. Sometimes there is even a current blast over and this sends white tips, turtles, grouper, jacks, and bumphead parrotfish right past you!

Blue corner wall (Palau, Micronesia)…

This is probably one of the most well-known dives and deservedly so. It is also favoured by pelegics too. Again, here you are bound to see some sharks or barracuda; so you won’t be short of sights to see and whilst this will pump your adrenaline and make things exciting, there is never anything to fear with these peaceful (when it comes to humans) animals.

Along with these you’ll most likely be greeted by eagle rays, Napoleon wrasse, snappers, and jacks. With all this going on you’ll never want to leave! However, you will have plenty of time also to notice that the wall is something of a spectacle in its own right! It hosts a wide variety of different kinds of coral; morays, nudibranchs and mantis shrimp; meaning the wall is quite literally teaming with life!

Thistlegorm (Egyptian Red Sea)…

This is something very different to the last two dives. Rather than being greeted with fish, in this one you will be greeted with the carnage of a wreck. In order to completely do this dive justice, it is recommended that you do this dive multiple times! The wreck is from a british vessel the Thistlegorm (Blue thistle).

It is thought that the vessel was attacked from the air and sunk in 1941 whilst carrying a cargo of war supplies. This makes for a bit of history and of course, ensures that the boat is completely full to the brim of all different kinds of torn up material objects which sort of make up an underwater black and white museum.

Reasons to Visit Morocco

There are so many places in the world that deserve to be visited, whatever the reason, or whether you want to feel a certain way; the best way to fulfil your needs is always going to be travelling. Travelling can open your eyes up and give you a brand new perspective on things. What’s more the more you travel the more open minded you become; this allows you to maintain a great peace of mind.

Whilst there are places that deserve to be visited; there is also many places that you simply HAVE to visit! Every location will have its individual quirks making it slightly different, but now and then you’ll come across a place that is like no other; and these are the places we believe you must visit if you ever have the chance!

With all this in mind, choosing a holiday destination can prove to be very tiresome and stressful sometimes. You have to think about pleasing others, what there will be to do once you’re there, costs, how long to go for and so on. This, with the added fact there are hundreds of fantastic locations; makes the decision even harder. So, we have helped you by helping you choose a fantastic destination worth a visit, Morocco.

Trekking & the Desert…

Morocco is just one example of a location that must be visited; and what better way to start of the reasoning for this than its trekking aspects? Morocco, like the island Lanzarote surrounding it, the landscape is very rural and does in lack greenery. In comparison to England this makes for an unreal effect, it could easily be mistaken for the landscape on another planet.

These deserts and the mountains throughout them make excellent expeditions and some truly unforgettable experiences.  If you’re one for nature and venturing deep into it then Morocco is certainly the place for you! With the sun shining down on you, it will help you create a very surreal, yet calming atmosphere.

The best way to explore these deserts is definitely via a 4x4 tour or camel ride; there are also many other ways to travel to get that quick, thrilling experience. Whereas, a camel ride, whilst slow, does offer you the best amount of time to really take in all of the landscape and enjoy the experience of being completely inferior in comparison to this vast, open area of nothing but sand and mountains.

Riads & Moroccan Food…

Riads are traditional houses or palaces that have interior gardens. As you might have already guessed, these Riads have been utilised to their full potential in today’s society. Whilst they are being used, mainly in hotels, they are completely preserved in their natural traditional ways; but this way there is a much better chance of more people being able to come and enjoy them. The architecture and gardens are superb and all in all this makes for a very unique way to live throughout your stay.

Wherever you choose to eat during your stay in Morocco, the food is always cooked to perfection and does indeed have an extremely original taste to it too. The moment you walk through the doors of a restaurant, or even if you just walk past one you will smell the herbs and spices immediately; this underlines the fact that the food in Morocco truly is the most unique food you could dream to taste.

There are many skiing destinations in Austria, these include St. Anton, which is considered as Europe’s liveliest ski resort and Innsbruck, which holds the crown for one of Europe’s most beautiful cities, but Kitzbühel is considered as the Pearl of the Alps and the most famous holiday destination in Tyrol, Austria, this 700-year-old medieval town offers visitors the charm of an alpine village. Alta & Snowbird | Utah

These linked resorts are classed as the powder capitals of the world, basically the snow here is lavish, frequent and as light as it comes which creates the best skiing experience possible. On average, these resorts receive more than 12m of a snow per year. Also most of the slopes are left un-groomed which again adds to an amazing skiing experience. Both resorts have a small collection of hotels and apartments and there are a few bars and restaurants which does mean there is little to do off the slopes. If you want to experience the best nightlife it is a 40km drive to nearby Salt Lake City. Please note that snowboarding is banned in Alta but allowed in Snowbird.
